This is a perfect example of why I'm so enamored with engravings, although the description indicates that it's a lithograph. When I typed engraving in the search box, lucky for me, this one of Beethoven was among them. Just look at engravings of old castles, and then compare them with photographs. Don't get me wrong, I still like photos.
